Payment
Bjaf.com accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No card fees are applied.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is dispatched.
Shipping
We collaborate with various carriers to handle our shipping. Below, you will find our standard shipping times and rates. Please note that these may vary slightly depending on the country, local carriers, and currency conversion. However, we always aim to provide our customers with the fastest and most cost-efficient delivery options.
- Delivery within 2–5 business days.
- Price for parcel shop: 5 EUR.
- Delivery to your home address: 8 EUR
*Free delivery on orders above 59 EUR to a designated parcel shop or locker.*
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date you receive your item.
If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.
For orders consisting of multiple parts, the deadline starts from the day you receive the final part.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@bjaf.com or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.
Partial Cancellation
If you purchased multiple items, you can return one or more products even if they were ordered together. However, shipping costs will not be refunded for partial cancellations.
Returns
After notifying us of your intent to cancel, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for return shipping, and you are responsible if the item is damaged during transport.
Condition of Returned Items
If an item’s value is diminished because you have used it beyond what was necessary to assess its nature, properties, and functionality, a deduction may be made from your refund.
The deduction will depend on the item’s commercial value and may, in some cases, mean no refund is given except for shipping costs.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Missing original packaging may reduce the item’s value.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery charges if you selected a method other than our cheapest standard delivery option).
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints
Under the Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month warranty for items purchased as a consumer.
If your complaint is valid, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.
Complaints must be submitted within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Submitting a complaint within two months of discovering a defect is always considered timely.
If your complaint is valid, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Always return items in secure packaging and obtain proof of postage for reimbursement of shipping costs.
Personal Data Policy
We collect and store the following personal data when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We share your information with Homerunner and Smartpack for shipping purposes and with Klaviyo for sending newsletters and confirmation emails.
Your data is stored by CDL Trading ApS for five years before being deleted. We also collaborate with other companies that store and process data on our behalf but cannot use it for their purposes. All data processors are within the EU or in countries providing adequate data protection.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data under certain circumstances. Please contact us at support@bjaf.com.
Complaints Access
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, contact us at support@bjaf.com.
