Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you ordered multiple items in a single purchase and they are delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.

For orders consisting of multiple parts or deliveries, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the final part or delivery.

The withdrawal period means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@bjaf.com or use the standard withdrawal form found below in our terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without notifying us at the same time.

Partial Cancellation

If you purchased multiple items from us, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.

Note: Shipping costs for the return will not be refunded if you partially cancel your purchase.
